Muhammad Adnan Haseeb is a results-driven finance and corporate compliance professional with over a decade of experience spanning tax consultancy, corporate law, financial management, and banking operations. He is the Founder & CEO of SENSTAX, a premier consultancy firm providing expert services in taxation, corporate compliance, and financial advisory since 2022.
He currently leads financial operations as Head of Accounts at Profectus International Schools and serves as Manager Taxation & Corporate Compliance at Raza & Raza Law Associates, where he is also an associate member. His previous leadership roles include positions at Meezan Bank, Shaheen Air International, and Woodbois Asia, where he handled strategic finance, ERP implementation, and investment portfolio management.
Adnan holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Karachi University Business School (KUBS), a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Diploma in Business Management, and is a part-qualified member of ICMA Pakistan. He has further strengthened his expertise with a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Taxation from IBA and is a Certified Tax Consultant.
His core strengths lie in corporate governance, financial reporting, strategic tax planning, and regulatory compliance, making him a trusted advisor to both private and institutional clients.
